Return & refund policy
Ready-made products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in new and resellable condition:

No signs of use

No scratches, wear, stains, or marks

No fragrances or other foreign smells

Must be carefully packaged, preferably in the original packaging
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable — only the price of the product will be refunded.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the item has arrived back at the JPGoods workshop and has been inspected.
If the product is in perfect condition, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If the item shows signs of use or damage, we are unable to provide a refund.
In such cases, the product can be shipped back to the customer, who will be responsible for the new shipping fee.
Note About Natural Leather
All JPGoods products are made from natural, full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather. Small surface marks, natural texture variations, and tone differences are a normal part of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
During production, we always avoid any imperfections that could affect durability or usability.
Customized Products
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned, as defined by consumer protection law. These include:

Special colors or color combinations

Custom thread colors

Initials or other personalization

Custom measurements or design modifications
Since these items are made to order, they cannot be resold.
Please make sure not to return a product with visible signs of use — this helps you avoid unnecessary return shipping costs.
