Every wallet in my shop is handcrafted in my small workshop in Finland.
I cut every piece by hand, stitch it using traditional saddle stitching and finish all edges one by one. No machines — just real craftsmanship and materials that age beautifully.

🇫🇮The Making of the Rova Wallet – Handcrafted in Finland

The making process of the Rova Wallet is anything but ordinary.
Each piece begins with premium Badalassi Carlo Oliva leather, known for its natural texture and the beautiful patina it develops over time.

I start by cutting the leather, punching precise stitching holes, setting the snap parts, and carefully finishing the edges. Then comes the wrapping — the moment when the wallet truly takes shape. I apply glue to the lower part of the leather and begin wrapping it so that every stitching hole aligns perfectly. After that, I hand-stitch the wallet together, trim the bottom edge clean, and polish it to a smooth, lasting shine.

It might sound quick, but every stage takes time. Just finishing the first edge by hand takes around 15 minutes — no machines, no shortcuts.
Quality requires patience, and that time spent working with leather is the best part of my day in the workshop.
