Online Store Terms

To place an order with JPGoods, the customer must be at least 18 years old.

JPGoods is not liable for VAT, and therefore the prices do not include VAT.

We reserve the right to make changes to product prices and shipping costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered through the JPGoods online store shopping cart. To place an order, the customer must provide their contact details and select a delivery method.

Once the products have been added to the shopping cart and the ordering process has been completed, an automatic order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

The order confirmation contains the following information:

• Order number

• Products ordered

• Total order amount

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions currently applicable to the JPGoods online store.

Unclaimed Shipments

Failure to collect a shipment does not constitute a return or cancellation of an order under consumer protection legislation.

If a customer fails to collect a shipment without having notified JPGoods of their cancellation in accordance with applicable law before delivery, or without properly returning the product, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred in connection with the shipment.

These costs may include, for example, the original shipping costs, return shipping costs and any applicable handling fees.

If the customer wishes to have the product shipped again, the shipping costs for the new delivery must be paid by the customer before the shipment is resent.

Payment Methods

All orders placed through the JPGoods online store must be paid for when the order is placed. We do not offer cash on delivery or invoice payment.

The following payment methods are supported:

• Major international credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express

• PayPal

• Bank transfer
  When paying by bank transfer, the order will be shipped once the payment has been received in our bank account.

Payment Service Provider

Payments made through the JPGoods online store are processed by Stripe, a secure payment service provider.

Stripe Payments UK Limited is authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority as an electronic money institution (reference number 900461).

Other Information

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The customer must accept the terms and conditions currently in force when placing an order.

All customer information is treated confidentially.
